Job Description

Hays team has partnered with a Manufacturing Company to recruit for their next Procurement Manager.


Your New Role?


The Procurement Manager would be looking after the full procurement cycle, including inventory management and equipment. At the same time would be overseeing purchasing and procurement requests from various departments including updating reports in the system.


What You'll Need to Succeed?


  • Experience leading inventory management
  • Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Experience leading Procurement for Food Manufacturing companies.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and develop long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Experience restructuring and improving organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Experience leading teams and capable of delegating responsibilities.
