As a PMO Coordinator you will provide support to the Bid Director and Deputy Bid Director and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to gain valuable experience in project management and contribute to the success of our project.

• Fluency in French would be an advantage
• First experience in project management is desirable
• Perform document quality control (production and distribution of documents, teamwork scheduling, proof-reading)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Design and edit materials to support within the project’s administrative issues by laying out re-ports, presentations, agendas, etc.
• Residency in Canada
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attend project meetings/workshops to take minutes, collect information and prepare correspondence for participants
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, technical reports and typing deliverables
• Ensure project control (monitor status, ensure timely follow-up of issues, and report progress and bottlenecks)
• Send invitations to project team members, partners and other stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Project Document Management Systems
• Effective communicator and ability to collaborate
• Distribute, coordinate and follow up on work tasks within the project team
