Purpose of the Job

• Responsible for driving the PMO organization in charge of implementation of project management processes for the TK organization, leading projects review (preparation/presentation) with the PM/PD’s, and ensuring that all the key function of assigned areas (project, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, construction) provide their reporting inputs according to the agreed update frequency.
• Propose any reorganization within execution team or transversal organization to improve operational performance, clarify roles and responsibilities within TK organization and with the other businesses, support Projects director and PM to optimize cash and GM on short/long term basis
• Support operational métiers (PM, scheduling, doc control, ) development and training, assess, and ensure adequate level of expertise/knowledge for each position, interface with Central for getting necessary support/guidance.
• Ensure development of direct reports (head of NAM TK PMO)
• Contribute to continuous improvement about processes & tools
• Put in place global operational resource workload analysis.
• Ensure through KPI implementation proper follow up of the project management processes and tools, and ensure visual management tool methodology.
• Promote continuous improvement culture to improve project performances and great discipline in all operational and planning activities.
• Put in place best practices and implement REX and data capture for all project in an organized/structured approach.
• Interface with Central TPCP for all meeting coordination and we the primary contact for NAM Operational Performance and Transformation team.

Performance Measurement

• Improvement of process, tools and culture, Return of Experience
• Quality of achievable and winning milestones including operations, project management and planning.
• Performance of Projects regarding deliveries on time (OTD, PCx, documentation, Gate Reviews, GO on time, sales, cash, …)
• Development of Planning population on the area for the different function: projects, industrial, supply chain, scheduling (optimize headcount, competency, training…)

Required Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of related TK experience
• Strong written and communication skills
• Related experience includes Project and operational management, industrial/construction knowledge
• Multi-functional teams, and/or previous management experience
• Structured, analytical,
