The Commitment

• Become an expert on the appficiency NetSuite implementation methodology and very knowledgeable with the features and functions of the NetSuite application.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and subject matter experts in industry.
• Lead a team of junior project managers and be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to completion
• Project Management responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling, and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines, and participating in internal PMO planning and reporting.
• Guide the delivery of projects through proactive communication and scheduling where possible and quick and efficient issue resolution where necessary.
• Be the Project Manager for 3-5 client projects at any given time, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with quality. Projects will often have competing deadlines and constraints.

The Essentials

• Experience with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Skype and other typical collaboration tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities.
• Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 10 years in a Project Management role in the Cloud/Software Services field and 5 years in a management position
• An expert collaborator and mentor that brings out the best in others.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working with ERP implementations and understand typical facets of implementing a cloud-based ERP system.
• Business/technical undergrad or MBA or equivalent work experience.
