Experience in Talent Management – recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee development and coaching, and reward and recognition.

Manage progression and professional development of team members to develop both breadth and depth of skills:

Drive consistency of the knowledge and skills, sharing best practices and common challenges within the team and beyond.

Work effectively with 3rd party vendors and outsourcers (talent supply management).

Develop and manage organizational expertise within the Software Engineering discipline:

10+ Years experience working within Project Management / PMO

Ability to speak technical to non-technical individuals; strong communication and presentation abilities

Up to date knowledge on the world of IT and new innovations

Ability to manage employees and stakeholders

Deliver complex projects within IT (multi-million dollar projects); managing projects budgets and time lines

Understanding of SAAS (Software as a service)

10+ years experience in programme/project management for large, complex projects within a distributed workforce

Demonstration of strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams

Experience in relationship management, across both relationship development, maintenance, and ability to understand internal political influence

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience

Possession of Lean Six Sigma certification is beneficial

PMP certification or equivalent certification in project management.

Lead the development and communication of the project, program and portfolio management strategy and guidelines

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

Oversee the delivery of top priority projects/programs globally, ensuring that they meet the scope, schedule, and budget requirements

Identify, manage and help to resolve complex and escalated issues within the organization.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of project management practices and disciplines, tools, and methodologies

Own and facilitate agile portfolio management events and ceremonies as part of the DE model

A clear understanding of the agile delivery methodologies, including agile portfolio management processes and Digital Enterprise

Manage ongoing prioritization of RA&S initiatives (i.e. SLFD, IID, Prospr, insurance, wealth) to ensure alignment with business OKRs and Strategy

Navigate complex matrix delivery organization to collaborate with key partners such as RA&S business teams, Finance, DBTS, Platform and Journey leads

Build and manage relationships with key partners at all levels, including effectively engaging senior executives

Program management - Experience initiating, developing, and leading a project management framework; strong knowledge of project management methodologies reporting and tracking

Supports the evolution and integration of Program Management capabilities across various parts of the business.

Conflict management and resolution skills – proven ability to build consensus, anticipate concerns and drive resolution to problems and issues.

10+ years of Project / Program Management experience, leading large, complex initiatives.

Prior experience with organizational change management and introducing business process changes.

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management with ability to implement new projects including planning, governance, change management and delivery.

Related experience includes Project and operational management, industrial/construction knowledge

Multi-functional teams, and/or previous management experience

Ensure through KPI implementation proper follow up of the project management processes and tools, and ensure visual management tool methodology.

Quality of achievable and winning milestones including operations, project management and planning.

Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of related TK experience

•Have managed large teams + 25 people

•Have managed large-scale IT projects of 5 million and more

Undergraduate degree in Business Management and/or a related field of study

Successful completion of the PMP certification

Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
