Job Description
The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic leadership for Project Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts. The goal is to drive organizational progress, promote growth, and generate new business effectively.


Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of over 10 +
  • Oversee the strategic management of the project management team, ensuring successful onboarding of new business and optimizing existing operations to meet growth and efficiency objectives
  • Design and implement new PSPs, including their onboarding process
  • Lead cross-functional teams within the organization, as well as external customers such as big pharma, physicians, and outsource partners.
  • Take the lead in managing client relationships from a Project Management and Continuous Improvement perspective
  • Improve internal functions across the board
  • Assume direct responsibility for achieving organizational excellence; this role involves designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects across all internal functions
  • Primary accountability for generating revenue; this position involves developing and executing specialized programs and internal initiatives to drive growth
  • Drive and deliver internal projects focused on growth
  • Collaborate and provide strategic advisory services to the Senior Leadership team and stakeholders
  • Implement enhancements to existing Patient Support Programs


Qualifications


  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts into key insights for executive updates
  • PMP certification is mandatory
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating issues, actively engaging, influencing, and collaborating as a team member
  • Possession of Lean Six Sigma certification is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently without close supervision
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are essential
  • Proven track record of advising, influencing, and facilitating stakeholders at the executive level
  • Experience in healthcare strategic planning and support is beneficial
  • Ability to translate large strategic goals into short- and mid-term objectives and actionable tactics
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and presence; experience leading a team of at least 10 individuals directly
  • Prior experience in the retail or healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in providing innovative and imaginative solutions that require creative thinking and innovation.
