Our Vancouver client in the real estate is looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor for their growing organization. While the current Payroll and Benefits Manager is seconded to an implementation / conversion project, the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor will serve as the subject matter expert, mentor, troubleshooter extraordinaire and supervisor for a team of 4-6 payroll customer service professionals for a multi-jurisdictional (largely Canadian and some US) payroll for 10,000 staff. .
Requirements
The ideal Payroll and Benefits Supervisor will have a minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in payroll and have at least 1+ years of direct experience managing a team of at least 2 other payroll professionals. You must have you PCP or ideally your CPM and have experience with multi-jurisdictional payrolls. You must have full cycle payroll experience.
