Part Time Freelance Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Designer to assist our company in handling various design tasks.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include migrating existing content to a template, resizing images, converting images to appropriate formats, and editing PowerPoint slides.

The Part-Time Designer will work closely with the design team and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects. This position offers flexible working hours and an opportunity to gain experience in a professional design environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and folders to ensure easy access to project assets.
• Convert images to appropriate formats to meet specific project requirements.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Edit PowerPoint slides, including formatting text, adjusting layouts, and incorporating visual elements.
• Ideate concepts and execute forward-thinking digital designs that are unique and distinct to the client’s vision
• Resize images for various platforms and applications, optimizing them for web and print.
• Migrate existing content to a designated template while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand’s style guidelines; maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch/InVision
• Working knowledge of the Office software
• 1 year of design experience, developing and creating web, digital, and social strategies and campaigns

$18/hr

Working hours

Approximately 20 hours per week, from the end of June to Sep 29, and with the potential to work longer.
