Job Description
What You’ll Do


The team supports the forward flow of CT’s auto division and the Reverse flow for the entire corporation. The Operations support team provides system, reporting, analytical and project support.


  • Claims reporting and analysis
  • Assist in product management
  • Participate in initiatives that contribute to the development of new Product placement strategies and coordinate and support their rollout
  • Communicate warehouse transfers to OMSS and depots
  • Monitor financial cycle counts
  • Participate as SME in process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Identify, document, and implement business opportunities that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and decision making within the team
  • Development of tools to support Team initiatives
  • Drive initiatives with other business units including Replenishments team, Operations Planning Centre, Supply Chain Improvement, IT, APAP team, Return and Recovery Centre teams, Depot staff and management teams.
  • Provide direction with product maintenance activities including: Slotting Availability, Daily Anomaly Resolution, and capacity analysis
  • Respond to store inquiries
  • Work with Operations Planning, Merch. and other Supply Chain partners in SKU movement initiatives.
  • Ensure that knowledge of other initiatives is leveraged by the Team


What You Bring


  • 3 to 5 years of supply chain experience
  • Experience with SQL, Python, an asset
  • Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with decision support or database querying tools an asset
  • Extensive and proven PC knowledge coupled with ability to adapt to rapidly changing applications and systems
  • University degree or college diploma in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with WMS, IMS and DCCS an asset
  • Demonstrate a Customer Service attitude utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and can organize, communicate, and negotiate information
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with MS Access, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with process improvement projects
  • Strong service quality awareness and commitment
  • Ability to prioritize realistic action plans, while taking into consideration time constraints and resource availability
