Duration: 9 month contract

Rate: 16+ (T4)

Location: Waterloo, Ontario -Waterloo Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs. in office)

A leading information company is looking to onboard an operations analyst for a 1 months contract role working in Waterloo, ON.

Your New Role

As an Operations Analyst, this contract position is focused on contributing to a large project focused on renewal system testing, managing live chats with customers and other minor tasks involving renewal of contracts. We require an individual who has strong analytical, excellent communication and organization skills.

• Assist customers through chats, emails, and/or inbound calls.
• Participate in testing and validate the application's performance.
• Manage the chat queue and ensure timely resolution of customer questions/ issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Consulting with internal renewals teams to answer renewal questions.

What you need to do to succeed

• 6 months – 1 years’ experience working in Customer Server/ Call Center
• University/College degree within a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a software company, ideally within a renewal’s organization
• Comfortable speaking to customers by telephone and chat
• Ability to work cross functionally with a dynamic team who rely on each other to achieve overall corporate goals.
• Exceptional English communication both written and verbal skills
• Project Management/ Project Coordinator experience would be an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Highly organized; detail oriented and can shift easily between a variety of tasks with ease.
• Goal-oriented, positive, a self-starter, with strong attention to detail
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, logic-based thinking, and attention to detail.
