A leading Information Management company is looking to hire multiple Operations Analysts for a 9 month contract with potential extension.

Your new role

As an Operations Analyst, this contract position is focused on contributing to a large project focused on renewal system testing, managing live chats with customers and other minor tasks involving renewal of contracts. We require an individual who has strong analytical, excellent communication and organization skills. You'll be assist customers through chats, emails, and/or inbound calls. You'll respond to customer inquiries and provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution. You'll manage the chat queue and ensure timely resolution of customer questions/ issues and participate in testing and validate the application's performance. Lastly, you'll perform other duties as assigned by the manager and consult with internal renewals teams to answer renewal questions.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a software company, ideally within a renewal’s organization. 6 months – 1 years’ experience working in Customer Server/ Call Center is required, along with exceptional English communication both written and verbal skills. You must be comfortable speaking to customers by telephone and chat and have a University/College degree within a related discipline or equivalent work experience. Project Management/ Project Coordinator experience would be an asset.
