• LOCATION: Remote - Work from anywhere (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Partial overlap)

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• UX research
• Figma
• Experience working on UX for developer products or products involving dashboards, charts, inbox views, drag and drop elements, forms, graphs etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Working On
As a UX lead at Orkes, you will be responsible for designing and creating user experiences for our platforms. This will involve working closely with our product team to identify user needs and requirements, as well as collaborating with our front-end and back-end developers to ensure that the platform is both functional and intuitive.
Your responsibilities will include creating user workflows, wireframes, and prototypes, conducting user testing and research, and incorporating feedback into the design process. You will also work with our design team to ensure that the platform is visually appealing and consistent with our brand guidelines.
Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform and ultimately driving its success.
In this role you will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the work of our UI team in collaboration with the UI engineering lead. Your responsibilities will include being an overall owner of the overall user experience, so the quality of the output from the dev team would be something you will evaluate and fine tune to achieve the desired user experience.
