UX Copy and Content Lead Jobs

Previous experience creating UI/UX for one of the leading DAM providers: BrandFolder, Inc, Marq, Canto, Bynder, Dropbox, Google Drive etc.

ESTIMATED DURATION: 30h/week - Short term

3+ years team management experience, with testimonials or performance reviews demonstrating your UX leadership aptitude

Contributing to the evolution and management of the Canadian Design System

Preferably: previous experience in creating digital web applications for the financial and/or insurance industry

Lead the creation of exceptionally high-calibre UX and UI work

Explore different design directions and articulate for the user in each solution

Present to a wide range of project team members and stakeholders

Collaborate with data scientists to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in learning experiences and skill development initiatives

Demonstrable experience as a Learning Systems Architect or similar role specifically focused on skills taxonomy design and implementation

Solid understanding and experience working with the Degreed platform or similar skills assessment and development tools

Use the Degreed LxP + platform to assess and evaluate the areas of skill development and skill progression across the organization

Analyze data and metrics related to skill proficiency, utilization, and development, and provide insights to partners

Develop and implement strategies to enhance skill development, including recommending relevant training programs, courses or certificates

Experience designing and developing UI assets for Enterprise-level Content Management Systems (Sitecore, Adobe, Drupal, etc).

5+ years of working with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.

Deeply interpret and understand various business needs and G2M strategies and develop engaging experiences for the web.

Develop and improve UX skillsets across the team.

5+ years of combined experience in marketing, user experience, or web design.

Experience working closely with UX, design, or web development agencies.

Collaborate and lead projects alongside cross-functional partners: designers, product managers, product marketing, CRM, and more

Build, maintain, and continually develop verbal communication according to brand guidelines

Champion a cohesive brand story at all customer touchpoints

Efficiently balance multiple projects and deadlines

Strategically approach problems and develop multiple solutions to encourage and inform Spotify for Podcaster’s passionate podcasting community

Be open to giving and receiving feedback
