  • Research Planning: Define research goals, methodologies, and timelines for various projects, ensuring alignment with product objectives and user needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in user experience research and contribute to the advancement of research methodologies within the organization.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the user experience of our products and services to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are considered and prioritized.
  • Create user personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate user research insights to stakeholders.
  • User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and user journey mapping, to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
