MinutesPlus is a dynamic, growing organization in need of skilled Minute Takers us to join our team. We deal with several Corporations and specialize in Board of Director meetings.
:
We are seeking experienced Minute Takers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of meetings. Your primary responsibility will be to attend various meetings and record detailed minutes. You will work closely with various clients to ensure that all relevant information is captured.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Capture important decisions action items and follow ups
- Verify attending names and titles
- Create clear, concise, and detailed meeting summaries
- Attend meetings (In-person and virtual) and record accurate minutes
- Produce minutes in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to extrapolate important information from discussions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong command of grammar spelling and punctuation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening a note taking skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven experience as a minute taker or similar role
