Job Description

Our client in the Property Management industry is looking for a Tenant Experience/Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing the tenant engagement platform and ensuring that tenants have access to relevant, up-to-date information. You will collaborate closely with property management teams to promote local service offerings and drive tenant participation through the mobile app. Additionally, you will assist in various projects aimed at enhancing app content, coordinating with retailers, implementing property management forms, and organizing engagement events. This is an on-site opportunity with the possibility of extension. A valid driver's license is required to travel to local properties and events.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with property management teams to onboard retail tenants as app vendors and facilitate the creation of attractive promotions.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date building information on the app.
  • Update and enhance amenities information on the app, including pictures, descriptions, and booking settings.
  • Incorporate property management forms into the app for easy accessibility and submission.
  • Serve as a key advocate for our tenant engagement platform.
  • Represent the app at onsite adoption events, providing support to the property management team.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to set up and manage pop-up kiosks to increase app adoption.
  • Curate the discover page on the app with relevant building information to enhance user experience.
  • Support property management teams in establishing partnerships with local retailers to showcase their services on the app.
  • Work closely with property management teams to optimize the app's performance and engagement by ensuring robust and tailored content for each property.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in using software tools and conducting data mining to extract insights
  • Experience with SAS is a huge asset!
  • Friendly and positive attitude to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and consistent app content.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Completion of a Post Secondary education in a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective collaboration with property management teams and tenants.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
