You will contribute directly to our growth and sustainability of Nature Fresh Farms through the development and deployment of marketing strategies ensuring ongoing market competitiveness and organizational success. The Director will support our leadership’s growth strategy and provide strategic advice and direction to team members that is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop/Expand Marketing Strategy:
- Build on and expand our comprehensive marketing strategy that helps maintain Nature Fresh Farms as a leader in the industry.
- Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target markets, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans.
Brand Development:
- Enhance and protect the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and develop branding initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling brand visuals, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing:
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative strategies as appropriate.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, product presentations, digital promotions, and assets for customers.
- Develop and execute effective product launch strategies, including design and development of branding, promotions, packaging, and story to ensure a comprehensive product launch that consumers are attracted to.
- Conduct market research to support new product opportunities and provide insights for product development teams.
Marketing Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, R&D, Compliance and HR to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
- Passionately manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team culture, encouraging creativity and innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent and proven project management skills.
- Fresh food experience and knowledge of the produce industry considered an asset.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Marketing experience with B2B and B2C in consumer goods.
- Inspiring leader who can drive execution and collaborate across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of senior Marketing Management/Strategy experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior market dynamics, and industry trends in the produce or CPG sector (across North America).
- Valid passport/no travel restrictions are required.
- A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.
- Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.

- This position works in an office setting in a collaborative team environment.
Salary: Based on experience.
