Role description:
Arcadis is looking to hire a Marketing Communications Director support the Places team globally.
As the Business Partner Places & Marketing Communications Director, you will work directly with our business leaders, as well as marketing team members from to develop and deliver successful marketing and communications strategies to raise our brand profile.
This position can be located out of any of our North America (United Stated and Canada) offices on the West Coast.
Role accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide marketing plans and strategies
  • Ensure effective management and measurement of marketing communications activities
  • Be an active member of Global Marketing Leadership team to take global strategies and programs to local market, and to share best practices with the wider group
  • Champion outside-in thinking and take an advisory role in providing MarComms expertise
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand profile for the Places global business area
Qualifications & Experience:
Desired skills and experience:
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed global setting
  • Understanding of professional services market (B2B) as a minimum, and experience in architecture would be preferred
  • Managing and coaching teams to support a supportive team environment
  • Excellence in business partnering and creating successful working relationships
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Communications/Journalism
  • At least 15 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Updated knowledge on digital marketing and marketing strategy
  • Higher degrees such as MBAs highly regarded

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start, and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. This position is eligible for participating in a company bonus program. The salary range for this position is $116000 - 200100 / year.
