Our client is located at the Western end of Lake Ontario on the St. Lawrence Seaway. We are currently recruiting for experienced maintenance attendant for a one year fixed term contract.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

Perform work assigned as discussed and in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to:

• Plumbing repair/replacement of water fountains, leaky faucets, toilets.
• Repair/replacement of building elements (i.e.: caulking tiles and plumbing fixtures, latches and knobs, clearing roof drains.
• Painting and patching of walls, ceilings and trim
• Other cleaning duties as needed such as window washing.
• Repair/replacement ceiling tiles, parking lot holes, minor concrete repair, chairs desks.

Are you Qualified?

We Are Searching For Associates Possessing The Following Attributes

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English language communication skills
• Someone who enjoys fixing and maintaining building components in a proficient manner
• Possess computer skills
• Reliable with a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm
• Access to a reliable vehicle
