Role Summary


Under the supervision and instructions from leads of operations you will be responsible to carry out daily responsibilities and tasks in the GTA region.


Core Responsibilities


  • Caulking repairs
  • Pot hole cold patch filling periodically
  • Various painting responsibilities, interior & exterior
  • Various plumbing repairs and basic installs
  • Various clean ups
  • Basic daily repairs in small areas as assigned etc
  • Basic weather stripping installs
  • Fluorescent Lightning & light lens replacements
  • Minor Industrial overhead doors P.M’s (preventative maintenance)
  • Minor door repairs and adjustments
  • Minor drywall patching


Required Skills And Experience


  • Self driven with the ability to troubleshoot identify and perform necessary daily repairs
  • Valid Ontario class G license
  • Knowledge of industrial building maintenance such as, minor electrical ,basic mechanical
  • The ability to multitask and work with other as a team
  • Clear understanding of building materials and it’s functions
  • Responsible, independent and resourceful
