Job Description

Pine Glen Homes is seeking an enthusiastic team player, ambitious, detail oriented with the potential of growth within the company. We are a low-rise residential builder Work is full-time for the duration of your co-op term with the possibility to remain and continue with future projects. GENERAL INFORMATION:

- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Expected start date: 2023-05-15

CSA approved work boots & hard hat required.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 per hour to start


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting and staining tasks.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
  • Repair and maintain electrical systems.
  • Perform carpentry work such as framing, drywall, and trim work.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door locks, etc.
