LPN, RPN, RN - Nurses - Full-time Openings
Overall, your role as a long-term care nurse, RN, RPN, LPN will be to provide high-quality care to patients who require ongoing medical attention and support. This can be a challenging but rewarding career, as you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients and their families.
As a long-term care nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for providing care to patients who require ongoing medical attention and assistance with daily activities.
Your Role May Involve
Assessing patients health needs: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for assessing the health status of your patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet their needs.
Administering medication and treatments: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for administering medication, dressing wounds, and providing other medical treatments as required by your patients.
Monitoring patients condition: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for monitoring your patients vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, and responding appropriately to any changes.
Assisting with activities of daily living: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you and the care team will be responsible for helping your patients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Communicating with other healthcare professionals: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will need to communicate regularly with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that your patients are receiving the best possible care.
Providing emotional support: As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for providing emotional support to your patients and their families, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.
