Interior Health is seeking a reliable and flexible Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our Long-term Care team at Fischer Place/Mill Site Lodge in beautiful 100 Mile, B.C.

About The Job
The Registered Nurse:

• Provides nursing care to Long-term Care patients, both by working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Participates on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned
• Maintains and advances own clinical competence
• Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence based practice in nursing practice
• Enhances quality of life for the patient and family; consults, confers, and collaborates with other health care providers

This is a permanent part-time (0.46 FTE) opportunity.
Shifts of work will be scheduled days, with shift times of 07:00 to 19:00 hours.

Mill Site Lodge & Fischer Place, located in 100 Mile House, embodies a client-centered philosophy designed to support clients’ choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible. This facility has 79 private rooms, all equipped with ceiling lifts, and five short-stay beds, including one palliative care suite.
