Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Proven experience in taking personal responsibility for seeking information from various sources.

Supervising, monitoring and assessing clinical and therapeutic interventions

Assessing and planning care interventions and quality of life activities

Coordinating delivery of resident care

Partnering with external healthcare providers

Practicing and ensuring universal precautions and Infection control procedures are implemented and followed

CPR Certification/First Aid Training (required)

Completing urine pregnancy tests and urine drug tests

Assess and record changes in signs or symptoms, as reported by the patient
