Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.

Participates in the care planning process.

Supervises LPNs and certified nursing assistants.

Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.

Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.

Working with the existing management and health services teams to promote communication and compliance to policies and procedures;

Valid CPR & First Aid Certification preferred

Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or a senior living environment an asset
