Scope:
Works with Literature Room Lead to fulfil orders (marketing collateral: literature + textile + finish samples) for Global's Canadian sales team, dealers, customers and other stakeholders. Provides Customer Service by phone and email to the above mentioned. Maintains and organizes the literature stockroom by keeping shelves stocked, identifying low inventory and replenishing inventory in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Fulfils all requests for marketing collateral within specified timelines:
- Tracks order information in excel spreadsheet
- Communicates by email (at times on phone) regarding: receipt of order, back orders and follow up questions
- Works with International team to send out international orders
- Works with Mailroom Manager to fulfil and send out large orders
- Some heavy lifting required (up to 30 pounds)
Maintains the literature room, as per literature lead’s direction:
- Keeps shelves stocked with marketing collateral
- Works with Mailroom Manager to ensure sufficient stock of collateral is held at the warehouse and supplies sent over when required
- Identifies low stocked items and works with Mailroom Manager to replenish stock using existing warehouse inventory
- Identifies low stock textile samples and prepares purchase orders
- Provides assistance to Literature Room Lead (showroom support, promo items, Microsoft Word/Excel docs, etc.)
- Orders office supplies when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Labels samples, assembles binders, creates finish sets
- Reads and stays/keeps up to date on Marketing eblasts and removes/archives discontinued marketing collateral
- Provides assistance to sales representatives and designers in preparing presentation packages
Position requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Ability to work independently + within a team environment
- English language skills (verbal + written)
- Strong organizational + multi-tasking skills
