Room Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. They must ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy, and that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed. Room Cleaners must also be able to provide excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing all surfaces; changing bed linens and towels; replenishing amenities; cleaning bathrooms; and reporting any maintenance issues.
