Here's How You'll Stand Out

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Learning Platform Analyst to support and develop our employee learning experience. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in data analysis or adult education.

You will be responsible for overseeing our Learning Management System (LMS) and channel communications intranet, providing technical support for the platforms and providing performance reporting for users. You will be the expert for all things Axonify, collaborating with stakeholders, and telling stories through the data to help improve user experience.

What You Will Do As a Learning Platform Analyst

• Ensure content is accurate by managing the maintenance calendar
• Use surveys and learning performance data to provide feedback and expertise on user experience
• Act as the point of contact between the learning team and IT for any user access or profile updates
• Provide support related to our LMS and intranet to all users, stakeholders, and content designers
• Manage stakeholder relationships by adhering to the team’s quality standards and project processes
• Create and manage facilitator-led events on the LMS
• Use LMS data to track and evaluate training content efficiency and on-the-job performance
• Become a subject matter expert offering insight and supporting regular content updates
• Manage vendor relationships and provide feedback on how to improve LMS for business needs

Who You Are As The Successful Candidate

• Strong ability to communicate and present information with confidence to stakeholders
• Experience analyzing data to tell a story by understanding the information and finding hidden patterns
• Some experience managing an LMS (Axonify or similar program is an asset)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to use advanced functions and formulas (VLookup, IFS, Macros, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe creative cloud (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience using a project tracker tool (e.g., Monday.com)

Note: Instructional design experience is an asset.
