• Develops business requirement documents and technical specifications
• Production of high-quality business requirements including but not limited to creation of BRD, Data Mapping, and User Stories
• Liaise with business to identify and understand where data can be sourced from and document data extraction and curation rules.
• Develop Source to Target data mapping including Conversion Rules that are based on Business requirements
• Facilitate group workshops and discovery meetings

• Effective interviewing, facilitation and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the customer operations business KPIs such as FCR, AHT, STP is an asset
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and workflow design
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical ability
• Good verbal and written communication
• SQL Querying, Data Modelling concepts
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines
• Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels
• 8 + year of business analysis experience in customer operations business
• Knowledge of operations business unit including contact center, customer service operations is an asset
