**Job Overview:**

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic lawyers to join our team with a focus on cases originating from China. As an integral part of our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters with international dimensions, representing our clients in various legal jurisdictions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a diverse caseload involving legal matters originating from China, including litigation, arbitration, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop legal strategies, draft legal documents, and ensure the timely and efficient progress of cases.

- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials, both domestically and internationally, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, effectively managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Stay updated on relevant legal developments, market trends, and changes in Chinese law, advising the firm on potential implications and opportunities for business growth.

- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in client pitches, marketing initiatives, and expanding the firm's network of potential clients and referral sources.

**Qualifications:**

- Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, with the ability to obtain admission or work under a foreign legal consultant program in China.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on international transactions, cross-border litigation, or related areas.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative legal strategies and solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Proven track record of managing complex legal matters, delivering high-quality work, and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising attention to detail and accuracy.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to represent clients and handle cases.
