Learn a Little About All Seasons Landscaping
Our company's history of providing exceptional landscaping services dates all the way back to 1975. Back then, we were just two employees taking care of residential lawns. From these humble beginnings, we've grown into a commercial landscaping construction powerhouse that can handle any size project. We completed our first large-scale commercial landscape job in 1993, and we haven't looked back since. Over the years, we've successfully completed numerous commercial projects for locations such as major shopping malls, athletic fields, casinos, and housing developments. No matter the size or scope of the project, we strive to produce exceptional results either on or ahead of schedule.
Here, we understand the importance of maintaining a well-trained and well-equipped team. We're not interested in hiring large numbers of unskilled laborers who won't stick around for long. Instead, we're looking for dedicated, talented workers who want to build a long-term career. We uphold a culture of acceptance and respect for all employees. Plus, we offer our team members great wages and excellent benefits. Join us and grow a future you can be proud of!
DAY TO DAY AS A LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR - PROJECT MANAGER
In this project management position, you skillfully coordinate our landscape construction projects and snow removal operations and lead your team to success in the field. Highly organized, you schedule available field crews to complete a variety of jobs. You thoroughly prepare the crews for their assigned projects while motivating them and inspiring them to do their best. Attentive to detail, you take care of important documentation for each job, such as daily records, change orders, field measurements, and as-built drawings. As you complete your work, you coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to keep the project progressing smoothly.
You initially get a feel for our processes and procedures by performing hands-on work alongside your team. As you learn and get a better idea of the job, you transition into a more hands-off leadership role that emphasizes leading, training, and mentoring others. You help your crew develop their skills and become stronger team members, rewarding and disciplining individuals as needed. If anyone runs into any issues while working, you immediately address the problem and resolve it. From the beginning stages of a job to the end result, you are there supporting your team, guiding them, and ensuring they complete quality work. You take great pride in being an uplifting and motivational leader who inspires their crew every day!
