DAY-TO-DAY OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERVISOR

In this project management position, you help our company continue to grow and thrive! Each day, you put your experience to good use, coordinating our projects from inception to completion. You make sure every endeavor our team undertakes progresses on time and on budget. With great attention to detail, you review construction drawings, conduct professional reviews, get permits, and convey any updates to our clients. You also maintain communication between our clients and supervisors, ensuring everyone is always on the same page.

Requirements For a Construction Project Supervisor

We are looking for a positive, self-motived, and highly driven individual with the following qualifications to add to our team:

• Ability to manage expenditures of significant amounts of money
• Strong negotiating skills and closing abilities
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Project management experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
• Extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry
• Degree in construction, engineering, planning, architecture, or business management OR 10+ years in the construction industry
