Responsibilities:

• Oversee the divisional budget from an operating expense standpoint and prepare operational reports including division’s all activities on a monthly basis
• Address departmental issues
• Set operational goals for the division based on the company's plans and goals
• Enforce customer satisfaction as the top priority
• Train, develop and empower employees to improve the company operations and profitability
• Provide the necessary resources to support operating objectives
• Oversee department managers and supervisors
• Allocation of resources, coordination of personnel, hiring, firing, disciplinary actions and performance appraisals
• Encourage employees to take possession of their jobs as though they have ownership in the division
• Work directly with suppliers and customers on an as needed basis.
• Oversee the purchasing process and manage the inventory levels
• Participate in customer audits of the facilities

Requirements:

• Must have completed post-secondary education
• 5+ Years minimum experience in management/supervisory of either manufacturing facilities or manufacturing distribution companies.
