Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

:

  • Proactive troubleshooting
  • Reviewing and developing operational systems and processes
  • Helping lawyers move cases forward to get great results for our clients
  • Tracking firm efficiencies
  • Performance monitoring & reviewing
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees

We need someone to take responsibility for:

  • Monitoring KPIs and making data-supported decisions when it comes to expanding operations and maximizing efficiencies
  • Managing and supervising all non-lawyer staff
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards
  • Hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
