Job Description

We are looking for a Franchise Operations Manager to join the Crepe Delicious team, supporting our Franchise Partners and assisting with opening new stores.

Crepe Delicious is the largest Crepe and Gelato Franchise in the world with its head office located in Vaughan, Ontario. This hands-on role focuses on driving top-line sales and maximizing partner profitability while delivering a strong guest experience and brand standards throughout the franchise.

What This Role Entails :

  • Be the expert in the field to resolve issues before they become disruptors.
  • Market Leadership - Develop annual strategies and plans for the region that are motivating, compelling, and easily explained/understood.
  • Partner Support & Relations- Create Real and Personal Connections with Partners and their teams
  • Head Office and Brand Support - Provide field-level insights to company functional groups. Support the Partner Selection Process.
  • Assist New Store Openings and transfers through local coaching and action planning. Be an additional voice of the partner.
  • Share of information and exchange best practices action compliance issues - Program Rollout and Follow Up, Manager Coaching, Training.
  • Develop and maintain a complete working knowledge of the local markets we operate in - competition, local development, regulations, insights, and community engagement.


Core Competencies & Requirements

  • Technically competent in all aspects of restaurant operating systems
  • Experience in the restaurant and franchising industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication regardless of the audience.
  • Ability to strategically lead and mentor with a clear vision.
  • The work is at the office located in Vaughan, Ontario
  • Strong financial and business acumen and analysis skills.
  • Leadership through influence style that can drive change even in difficult situations
  • 2+ years of QSR or franchise-related industry and work experience.
