It Business Analyst / Full Time (Remote)

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients define their requirements, identify business problems, and design effective technology solutions. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Define and document solution options, including process improvements, system enhancements, and custom software development.
• Identify and document business problems, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and align stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, and solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience with requirement gathering tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and objectively evaluate information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
