Senior IT Auditor - SOX On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior IT Auditor - SOX
Senior IT Auditor - SOX –

• The person should be able to work independently and is able to execute and deliver the work as per the bank's internal audit standards with minimum supervision
• Working in collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders including both audit, business and IT segments of the bank
• Assist with the execution of SOX testing covering IT General Controls
• This includes preparation of information requests/client assistance packages, development of test scripts, documentation of test results including audit findings and addressing review comments from senior manager and SOX operations group
• IT Audit professional to assist with the SOX testing of information technology general controls for the Bank's Canadian controls portfolio

Senior IT Auditor - SOX – Mandatory Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Ability to quickly learn audit tools, technologies and methodologies used in testing execution
• Strong business and technical acumen, critical thinking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of IT controls frameworks (such as ITIL / COBiT) and related IT and business processes and operations.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task to deliver the work on time
• 10+ years of experience in the areas IT Auditing, IT Controls Assessment, SOX Testing Execution and Supervision
• CISA certification is required
• Experienced in various audit and corporate functions including but not limited to finance and accounting, risk management and assurance, internal controls, internal audit, SOX audit, IT infrastructure audit, application security and controls assessments including segregation of duties assessment
• Skilled in the documentation of audit workpapers in accordance professional standards following SOX / PCAOB / 52-109 / CPAB requirements
• Deep knowledge of specialist auditing and integration of cross functional processes to undertake and complete a variety of audit projects and initiatives
• Ability to review and analyze IT policies, standards, procedures, process documentation and related evidence artifacts
• Deep knowledge of specialist auditing and integration of cross functional processes to undertake and complete a variety of audit projects and initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of IT controls frameworks (such as ITIL / COBiT) and related IT and business processes and operations
• Proficient with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Apps, ServiceNow, etc.

Senior IT Auditor - SOX – Nice to Have Skills

• CIA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCAK credentials are preferred
