Job Description
  • Make sure the jobsite is neat and tidy at the end of the day.
  • Able to commute to an area of work that is from Vars ON - Carleton Place ON
  • Make sure you work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all your work meets our high standards of quality.
  • Have a great can-do attitude! Communicate with your team.
  • 2+ years of carpentry or commercial construction experience
  • The ability to work as a dynamic team member is an absolute must!
  • Able to complete assigned tasks unsupervised.
  • Teach less experienced coworkers when you see they need a hand!
  • Become an expert in the products we install. Ensure that products are installed, straight, plumb, and as per material specifications.
  • Punctuality is a must; on time every time!
  • Do not stand around and wait for things! You’re smart! Attempt to problem solve ( Be a proactive problem solver!) the next step or talk to your foreman. There are no “stupid” questions! If you see an issue and you’re unable to fix it, speak! We do not have a TNMP mentality around here (that’s not my problem)
