JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for understanding the application of global trends, relevant consumer research against market opportunities, brand gaps and Commercial priorities in order to develop innovative consumer focused concepts
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team including insights, brand, finance, logistics, supply, sales, technical development, external partners and internal stakeholders to bring new innovations to the Canadian market
• Responsible for supporting driving top line growth, brand health, volume and share via consumer lead renovation and innovation initiatives for Labatt Canada
• Ability to focus on project ownership, management, management and implementation of the concept following the ABI Innovation Stage Gate Process, including:
• Product development
• Business case, financials, approvals and finally launch and in-market management/measurement
• Other responsibilities include: Budget management and Process tracking

Job Qualifications

• Ability to manage a wide range of multiple priorities with a drive to stretch and achieve results
• Experience in heavy research analysis
• A minimum of 5 years marketing and 2 years of project management experience, with related packaged goods, beverage goods or beverage alcohol
• Post secondary degree or in Business or related discipline is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong financial and leadership skills
