About the role:
We are looking for a General Manager Operations to lead our operations team and help drive our growth. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, including financial management, project management, client relationship management, team building, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth
- Manage finances and budgets
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Hire and build a high-performing operations team
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing operations in a consulting company or similar industry
- Experience managing finances and budgets
- Experience developing and executing business strategies
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Comfortable with equity-based compensation
- Track record of driving performance and achieving results
- Strong understanding of the consulting industry
- Comfortable with using and managing technology solutions
- Experience managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience hiring and building a high-performing operations team
