General Manager - Monday - Friday

We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us at a presigious insurance firm in the City of London. This is a Monday to Friday postion, with social hours. This is a lovely site which offers staff dining, vending with occasional events including fine dining dinners.
Location: EC2N 4BQ
Rate of pay: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities

• Leading an F&B team of 10 and setting standards
• Managing the catering contract
• Monitoring the quality of the food and service
• Meeting the client needs and financial targets
• Building a strong working relationship with the client

Our Ideal Candidate

• Will have contract catering expeirence
• Expeirence managing tunrovers of £1million and looking to manage a larger contract
• Fine dining expeirence
• Ambitious to progress their career
• Excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about fresh food and exceptional service
