Games Operations Supervisor Jobs

Overview:

$20 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

You’ll also…

• Control and maintain budgeted expense lines.
• Review and follow-up on all guest issues/concerns.
• Oversee special projects as assigned.
• Reorder products, ensure inventory levels are maintained and perform inventory management duties.
• Ensure efficient operation of games locations including the hiring, training, development, performance management and motivation of sales associates and supervisory team.
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand knowledge.
• Drive revenues, monitor games/sales trends to maximize profit.
