Position at Prismatik


Essential Functions


  • Reviews and audits picked orders to ensure accuracy against customer order and department guidelines.
  • Processes notifications of change orders; updates company systems on sales orders accordingly.
  • Retrieves and fulfills website E-Cart orders and Glidewell Direct customer orders; verifies accuracy of orders received.
  • Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents.
  • Readdresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete/incorrect address.
  • Monitors backorder report; coordinates with appropriate departments to fulfill backorders as needed.
  • Coordinates complaints handling and other post market activities with Prismatik personnel.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as directed by management.
  • Tracks, monitors, and confirms inventory. Inputs inventory into company software, and advises discrepancies to management.
  • Prepares documentation for international shipments, communicates shipment schedule to import/export team, receives shipment instructions, affixes shipment instruction to shipment, and ensures carrier picks up.
  • Performs detailed research on questionable orders; communicates any discrepancies to internal customers and management.
  • Serves as medical device establishment representative; ensures facility operations follow applicable sections of the current Canadian Medical Devices Regulations.
  • Coordinates shipping and fulfillment of glidewell.io systems in tandem with the installation schedule; closely monitors mill pick-ups.
  • Enters alphabetic and numeric notes into FedEx system following standard documentation requirements.
  • Inputs orders and verifies accuracy of data entered in company systems based on product and system knowledge.
  • Maintains constant communication with Corporate to ensure an efficient workflow without interruptions and up-to-date information is relayed.
  • Verifies imported devices are properly licensed and labeled.
  • Prints labels and shipping labels, verifies accuracy of printed information, and attaches them to the corresponding supply orders on each shipping label.
  • Weighs packages and orders to ensure sufficient postage.
  • Identifies customer’s account information using company systems and creates sales orders to corresponding purchase orders.
  • Coordinates and performs a range of division/department support activities; serves as a liaison with other divisions/departments.
  • Follows pre-established procedures for distribution, complaint handling, recalls, incident reporting, serious risk of injury to human health, handling, storage, delivery, and corrective action.
  • Reviews sales order queues; prints and manages all batch picking tickets.


Education And Experience


  • Minimum three (3) years of fulfillment, shipping, or relevant experience.
  • Experience handling shipments outside of Canada, a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Pay Range: $17.20-22.94
