Job Description
Attention all Receptionists and Office clerks:
Are you someone with a background in office coordination and reception? Are you friendly, adaptable and have great communication skills? Looking for two months contract in Downtown Toronto? Yes? The read-on:

Advantages
  • 8:30am to 5 pm (one-hour break)

  • Contract starting on July 26 or July 31st at the latest
  • In-person, office location with play area and great amenities
  • Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Booking meetings
  • Making sure the reception area is tidy
  • General reception duties such as answering and transferring calls
  • Other duties
  • Greeting visitors
  • Handling mail supplies
Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task; flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other office software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some previous reception experience
