About the job:

• Support the organizational teams cross functionally and work with the CFO and act as a business partner with a creative approach.
• In control of the Financial Accounting operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial accounting reports, risk mitigations, accuracy, financial compliance, cash management, and system controls.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Support and mentor a team of accountants (all have direct report to this position, team of 5).
• Overseeing payment procedures and revenue completions
• Taking a proactive role in questioning processes in place with a view to continuous improvement
• Overseeing the work of a team of accountants with their cash management, forecasting, tax returns, and reconciliations

Who we looking for:

• CPA is a must
• Experience in a large high volume company is a preference but not a must
• Experience with industry and public practice mix is a preference
• Experience leading a team
