Electrical Engineer Toronto Jobs

With offices in Perth, Brisbane, Toronto and Manila, ECG have the capability to design and deliver on complex projects, from early study work to commissioning and handover, drawing on the expertise of senior ECG personnel who have worked together for 30 + years.
We require an Electrical Engineer to join our Toronto based design team, contributing to design and engineering on a range of Canadian and international mineral processing project that ECG has been driving from study phase.
Key Experience Requirements
An understanding of technical (E, I&C) principals relating to the large industrial & complex operational assets that our clients own and operate

• Relevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• LV and HV switchboards and protection
• Experience working in electrical teams, on front end greenfield and brownfield development projects
• Single line diagrams
• Major project design experience throughout the design cycle
• LV design experience (AutoCAD proficient, LV MCC design, protection & co-ordination studies)
• Termination drawings
• Incorporating vendor data into design
• Schematic drawings

The role will be Toronto based, working with an established design team, however there may be occasional input on the studies and reports of our Australian offices and our engineering office in Manila. To be considered for the role of Electrical Engineer you need exposure to complex high value electrical projects, and an willingness to learn plant design in an upbeat, supportive environment.
