Reporting to the VP Finance and IT, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to Company productivity and profitability by providing process-driven focus on Plant and Logistics reporting, reconciliation, measurement, and effectiveness.

Director Supply (Mfg) Finance

What you will do?

This is a transformation agenda where, as Director of Supply Finance, you will bring a best- in-class level of sophistication to the Supply/Manufacturing finance function.

• Leading a diverse team of finance professionals, you will be the overall leader of the company’s Supply side Annual Operating Plan and play a critical role in setting planning goals and KPIs for each Plant to create an environment of accountability, insight, and measurement.
• You will support alignment between the Commercial and Finance teams via data management and analysis.
• You will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of forecasting automation tools with a focus on improving process time, scenario analysis and accurate reporting.
• You will support the Logistics team with analysis and reporting around key business areas (i.e. transportation, OTIF, distribution and customer service levels).

3. Key Experience. 10+ years manufacturing finance experience; CPG/food experience an asset. Extensive experience working with SAP. Minimum 5 years of direct people management. Minimum 5 years in a management role. Experience in both large established companies and smaller start-ups an asset.
