The Director of Product Partnerships will be responsible for leading the strategy and vision of growing the illumin product partners ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

• Work with the PM team to establish a consistent and effective framework to evaluate, prioritize and bring to market new product partnership opportunities
• Lead the product partnerships function of illumin to identify key partnership and integration opportunities to increase illumin adoption, retention, and revenue
• Lead illumin in becoming an ecosystem platform enabling partners to build for illumin
• Proactively identify partner product solutions and integrations with revenue upside across Partnerships
• Develop a partnerships pipeline and cultivate mutually-beneficial relationships across the illumin ecosystem (e.g. data, bidding, measurement and other partners)
• Evaluate product partner priorities and execute on high-impact opportunities
• Understand and communicate market, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams

What You Will Need:

• Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment (SaaS preferred)
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement even in ambiguous situations; demonstrate use of critical thinking techniques
• 7+ years of work experience as a Product Manager with experience and focus in product partnerships
• Ability to juggle a high-volume workflow and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong product partnership, with comfort navigating basic technical feasibility of illumin integrations
• Experience developing first-of-kind, strategic deals which are creative and will drive meaningful change in illumin ability to acquire and retain customers and grow revenue from existing customers
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through
• Self-motivated problem solver; comfortable wearing different hats
