Director Of Operations Jobs

The Allen Law Firm, a leader in protecting the injured for generations, is seeking a Director of Operations to help us drive innovation and enhance organizational best practices. This role will directly impact success at all levels of the organization. Ideal candidates routinely demonstrate initiative, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and operate as a hands-on leader, comfortable taking on various responsibilities and working with both internal and external stakeholders.
As Our Director Of Operations, You Will

• Analyze business operations to identify process improvement and other opportunities to advance client service.
• Lead Facilities and Project Management teams, monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency and provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
• Create and drive change management initiatives and related processes. Develop solutions to problems and be the driving force implementing those solutions.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Have

• 12 years of progressively responsible experience working in Operations or Project Management; 8 years' experience in a leadership role and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the legal field or closely related professional services organization (advertising, finance, consulting, etc.).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field.
