Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all marketing activities at Freshslice Pizza, including the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen our market presence and establish a unique brand identity within the pizza industry.
• Develop and monitor budgets, effectively allocating resources among projects.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Supervise a team responsible for graphic design and digital marketing.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing market share and maximizing revenues in previous positions.
• Possess a deep understanding of planning and purchasing major media channels, both traditional and digital.
• Oversee the production of valuable, innovative content for our online presence and design.
• Direct the team in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
• Thorough understanding of web analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience as a Marketing leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (mandatory).
• Must live within a 30-minute commute from the office (this is not a remote position).
